Real results for our schools cannot be achieved through division. To jointly lead the Placer County Office of Education successfully, the Board and the Superintendent must operate under a true model of shared governance characterized by shared authority, trust, and joint accountability.

I will honor the formal governance compact between the Board and the Superintendent. By serving as an active, engaged liaison to our critical county programs, I will work alongside staff throughout the planning process to build bridges, listen closely to our community, and bring steady, professional collaboration to the table.
