We must keep the long view at the heart of every decision we make on the Board. The young people sitting in our county classrooms and independent study programs become our neighbors, our local workforce, and our fellow citizens.

Whether it is providing credit recovery and mental health support for youth in our iCARE community school or helping adults achieve their high school diplomas through the Come Back Program, our goal must be holistic preparation. I am dedicated to supporting and preparing every student to be an active, self-sufficient, and contributing member of our Placer County communities.
